All Service Providers are responsible for their own bricks. Prices, descriptions and all other information is solely up to the provider to make sure is updated. Providers are responsible for losses and reimbursement claims as a result of brick misinformation.

Providers are the owners of their own brick(s). A Provider may at any time make a brick inactive. However, if a brick is included in quotes or tours running at the time, the Provider must deliver the brick to these quotes and tours.

YOOLAN reserves the right to reject any brick not deemed fitting for the system. Free translation of the bricks will be done on a need-to-use and priority basis. Bricks will only be visible to agents once they are translated. Providers may contact YOOLAN to require fast-track translation service, however for fast track services the Provider must pay for the translation themselves. Generally, translating one brick costs 10 EUR.
